Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a short 5-session program that makes meditation accessible to everyone and practical for modern life.
The course was created by the founder of Tergar, Mingyur Rinpoche, a world-renowned meditation teacher, best-selling author, and TED speaker. Known for his warm, engaging teaching style, his humor, and his interest in science, he designed AAM to bring transformative practices into everyday life.
